High-wire stuntman to cross active volcano

High-wire daredevil Nik Wallenda is planning to walk across an active volcano after completing a stunt high above New York City on Sunday night (23Jun19).
The risk-taker and his sister Lijana performed a cross-over high-wire stunt 25 storeys above Times Square at the weekend and now Nik has his next event in his sights.
Speaking on Good Morning America on Monday, he explained, “About five years ago (news outlet) BuzzFeed did a profile on me and in that, I said I wanted to find a volcano to walk over and I’ve found my active volcano and that’s what I’ll be doing next.”
