Trying to choose the sexiest star in Hollywood can be a daunting project, but Hollywood.com’s editors have taken it on nonetheless, scouring the recent award shows, premieres and even the streets of Hollywood to find the star who’s got that special, sexy something.

Our search for this week’s star ended when we found Tyra Banks at the 2001 Blockbuster Entertainment Awards, held earlier this month.

The show had its share of sexy stars including Sandra Bullock, Michelle Pfeiffer and Kate Hudson, but only one femme fatale sent jaws dropping on the red carpet with stunning regularity: Tyra in a purple-and-black-lace dress that revealed her … assets.
