David Caruso’s former assistant sues actor for wrongful termination

David Caruso’s former assistant is suing the actor for wrongful dismissal, accusing him of sexually harassing her and failing to come through on a house deal in Cuba.
The unnamed woman also claims she lied under oath for her former boss in a legal matter involving another former assistant.
According to documents, obtained by TMZ, the Jane Doe claims Caruso offered to buy her a house in Cuba and give her $200,000 (£151,000) to start her own business – but he didn’t come through with his promises.
Instead, according to the suit, the former CSI: Miami star frequently made unwanted sexual contact and once even rubbed his penis against her shoulder while she was seated.
She’s suing Caruso for wrongful termination, breaching their deal and fraud.
The actor’s attorney, Michael Weinsten, insists his client has done no wrong, stating, “My client vehemently denies the allegations of the complaint. This Jane Doe plaintiff gave sworn testimony in a prior matter that flatly contradicts what she is now alleging.
“In order to pursue this case, she will have to commit perjury and that will not stand. We will vigorously defend this lawsuit and are considering all available options and remedies.”
