The talk-show king has vowed to assist McMahon after he fell behind with his mortgage repayments, reports the New York Daily News.
The 85-year-old has been out of work for 18 months after breaking his neck in a fall. He has been attempting to sell the $6.25 million home in Beverly Hills for two years, but the property market troubles have hurt his plans.
However, several endorsement offers are said to be in the pipeline for the late Johnny Carson‘s former sidekick.
And McMahon‘s representative, Howard Bragman, adds, “A lot of people have shown generosity. Things are going to work out.”
