Jerry Seinfeld to Guest Star on ‘Louie’ This Season — EXCLUSIVE

Jerry SeinfeldLouis CK has a big name stopping by on his little FX show that could, the Emmy-nominated gem Louie. Hollywood.com has exclusively learned that the comedian’s comedian is bringing sitcom legend Jerry Seinfeld to his beloved comedy series for a guest star spot.

Well, at least according to Chris Rock. At the junket for Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted, Rock answered his cell phone during his interview with Hollywood.com. But the interruption was for a good reason: Seinfeld was dropping Rock a line to chat about his day at work… on the set of FX’s Louie.

Louie has a history of nabbing memorable guest stars, including the likes of Joan Rivers, Dane Cook, Ricky Gervais, Matthew Broderick, and even Rock, who guested as himself when Louie drunkenly found himself stuck in rural New Jersey in the middle of the night. (Rock, Seinfeld, and Louis CK also all previously matched wits on the HBO series Talking Funny.)

Still, don’t feel too spoiled by news of Seinfeld’s appearance on Louie, we still don’t know who or what the stand-up legend will be playing on the series. (What is the deal with spoilers?!)  Louie’s third season premieres June 28 at 10:30 PM ET/PT on FX.
