Lane is expected to turn himself in to Beverly Hills authorities this afternoon, when he’ll be arraigned.

Garrison, 26, who plays Tweener on Prison Break, was driving three teenagers home from a party in his Land Rover Sports Utility Vehicle when he struck a center median in Beverly Hills and lost control of the car, which ended up hitting a tree late on Dec. 2.

A 17-year-old male passenger was killed in the accident and two 15-year-old girls were injured.
