Sadly, the comedic brilliance that was Parks and Recreation is now officially a show of television’s past. From the brilliant mind of Amy Poehler, the show followed a motley crew of civil servants and their work in the Indiana Parks and Recreation Department. While Tom and Donna were always treating themselves to extravagant outings and gifts, and Leslie was urging Ron and Andy to be more enthusiastic and involved in their work, it was April Ludgate played by the amazing Aubrey Plaza who gave us the most useful life advice on the show. Here are 20 life lessons learned from the wittiest and most sarcastic Parks and Recreation character.
