Barack Obama’s two young daughters have had a good week: Their dad was elected president, which earned them a puppy, and now they’ve been invited to star on Hannah Montana — the best perk so far!
Hannah Montana star Miley Cyrus’ dad, Billy Ray Cyrus, told Access Hollywood that the invitation has been extended to Malia, 10, and Sasha Obama, 7, to star in an episode possibly around April.
“They probably will. The invitation is there. You know, the Hannah Montana film comes out in April. Maybe something might happen around then,” said Cyrus, who also appears on his daughter’s hit Disney show.
President-elect Obama has said in the past that Malia is, like most young girls, a huge fan of Hannah Montana, but it remains to be seen whether he and wife Michelle would allow for such an appearance.
It’s one of many decisions he’ll soon have to make regarding domestic policy!
