Xzibit arrested a day after wedding

Rapper Xzibit was arrested on Sunday (30Nov14), a day after exchanging vows with fiancee Krista Davis in Laguna Beach, California. The X hitmaker wed his longtime partner at the St. Regis Monarch Beach resort on Saturday (29Nov14), and it appears the rap star may have celebrated his nuptials too long and too hard.
According to TMZ.com, Xzibit, real name Alvin Joiner, was pulled over for speeding and then taken into custody when police officers allegedly smelled alcohol on his breath.
It is not clear if he was charged or when he was released from custody, but later on Sunday he took to his Twitter.com blog to gush about his wedding day.
In the blog post, which does not mention his arrest, Xzibit wrote, “Yesterday was our wedding day. It was nothing short of amazing. We were surrounded by friends and family and had an outstanding ceremony. It was not tainted by negative energy and I made sure it stayed that way…
“I have no regrets about my past, the good and the bad. But now,this is my future. My sons needed to see that. They now have an example to reference in life when it comes to being a man and how to treat a real woman when you find her, or in my case where she puts up with your bulls**t until you come around..lol (laugh out loud).”
