Planet Earth II leads BAFTA Craft Awards nominations with nine

Acclaimed nature series Planet Earth Ii is set for a big night at the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA) Craft Awards next month (Apr17) after landing nine nominations.
The BBC One documentary show will compete in categories including Editing: Factual, Photography: Factual, and Sound: Factual.
Royal drama The Crown follows with seven nominations for Costume Design, Director: Fiction, Photography and Lighting: Fiction, Production Design, Special, Visual and Graphic Effects, Titles and Graphic Identity, and Writer: Drama.
Tom Hiddleston and Hugh Laurie’s The Night Manager and War and Peace have also been nominated for six and five awards, respectively, while Black Mirror and National Treasure have landed four nominations each.
The prizegiving, celebrating the talented teams working behind the scenes of TV shows, will take place at London’s The Brewery on 23 April (17). It will be hosted for the sixth time by British actor Stephen Mangan
