Synopsis

Further adventures of Agatha Christie's Belgian sleuth, Hercule Poirot. In "The Adventure of the Egyptian Tomb," an archaeologist suffers a fatal heart attack immediately after breaking the seal on the tomb of an ancient Egyptian king. When a series of other deaths occur, Poirot begins to consider the curse that is believed to strike all those who enter the tomb.

In "Dead Man's Mirror," an art dealer asks Poirot to determine if he's being cheated by an architect to whom he's loaned a sum of money.

In "Jewel Robbery at the Grand Metropolitan," Poirot is vacationing in Brighton when some pearls owned by an actress turn up missing.

In "The Adventure of the Italian Nobleman," set against the backdrop of London's Little Italy, Poirot investigates the death of an Italian count.

In "One, Two, Buckle My Shoe," Poirot's dentist is found murdered in his office.

In "Death in the Clouds," Poirot investigates the death of an airplane passenger apparently killed by a poison dart while the detective was asleep in his seat.
