Another season, another winner. Project Runway judges Heidi Klum, Nina Garcia, Zac Posen, and guest judge Michael Kors have handed out the Season 11 winning title to Portland, Ore.-based designer Michelle Lesniak Franklin.

Season 11 broke the mold as the first-ever Teams Edition of Project Runway — and Franklin was able to come out the winner despite all the drama that happened on and off the runway. She had to face numerous guest judges, including Bette Midler, country singer Miranda Lambert, Shameless star Emmy Rossum, and even Susan Sarandon. But despite coming out on the bottom in many of the challenges, Franklin was still able to beat 15 other designers (Patricia Michaels and Stanley Hudson among them) for the title.

Of course, the winning title came with a whole slew of prizes. Franklin walked away with $100,000 from L’Oreal Paris to put towards her own line, a fashion spread in Marie Claire magazine, a 2013 Lexus GS 350, a $50,000 technology suite by HP and Intel, and an opportunity to design a line that will be exclusively sold on Lord & Taylor. Not to shabby of a lot!
