Ever since Colton Haynes left Arrow at the end of the third season, fans have felt a void from the departure of his character, Roy Harper. Luckily, Roy will slip into the Arsenal costume once again in an upcoming episode of the hit CW series. There are plenty of reasons why we are excited to see Haynes’s return but for now, we will stick to 11.
1. He’s a bad-ass even when he’s not in his Arsenal costume.
We can overlook how he stole Thea’s purse in this scene because he looks that awesome!

3. He knows he can be cooler than the Arrow.

In a show filled with wealthy, college-educated characters, it was always refreshing to see Roy as a more grounded and relatable person.
8. He’s grateful for everything Oliver Queen/the Arrow has done for him.
9. He’s quick to take one for the team.
His sacrifice for Team Arrow is what ultimately led to Roy’s exit from the show but it will never be forgotten.
