Good Morning America entertainment editor Joel Siegel will undergo cancer surgery Wednesday to remove cancer growth from his right lung, according to The Associated Press. Siegel, 57, has fought colon cancer for the past three years. This will be his third surgery, following last year’s cancer removal from his left lung. “I don’t want Dylan to see me afraid,” he says of his 3-year-old son.
