You might think that after dealing with the Donald on Celebrity Apprentice and doing battle with the rest of the Real Housewives of New Jersey on a weekly basis, Teresa Giudice would need a break from reality TV. However, Giudice says she’s ready to bring some Jersey attitude to the cast of Dancing With The Stars.
Considering her reputation as one of reality TV’s feistiest stars, it’s a bit surprising that Giudice hasn’t already been asked to appear on the show. She tells Hollywood.com that she’d be “grateful” to receive an offer, and would definitely accept. “I am a hard worker and a pretty good dancer,” she says. “If I can run around all day juggling the kids schedules, two TV shows, housework and still be home to cook my family dinner I think I can do anything. Moms work very very hard.”
Giudice says she’s probably find the tango particularly challenging “because of all the footwork,” but she’s already picked out a partner to help her through it: Dmitry Chaplin, who she calls an “amazing dancer.” Though fans would love to see a Real Housewives dance off, Giudice wouldn’t gossip about which fellow Bravo stars she thinks she’d out-fox trot. She jokes, “I might jinx it!”
As for the reality shows she’s already on, Giudice says Celebrity Apprentice, “really changed my life and I am in a really positive place now” — though that isn’t reflected in the new season of Real Housewives of New Jersey, which was filmed before the NBC show. “When I learned about all of the charities on Celebrity Apprentice it made me realize that life is too short and there are more important things to focus our energy on,” she explains, “That said, I hope that Caroline and I can be friends again and have apologized to her. You will have to watch the show to see how it plays out but yes, I would like to be friends with Caroline again someday.”
