The Life Makeover Project with Cheryl Richardson | 2001
Life coach Cheryl Richardson leads seven people on personal journeys to identify changes they want to make in their lives and the obstacles holding them back. Richardson, aided by a team of facilitators, uses one-on-one coaching, workshop exercises and course activities to take participants on an adventure of a lifetime. The program documents each person's struggle to make changes that improve their lives -- from an initial meeting at home to the six-day retreat at Miraval Life In Balance Resort and Spa in Catalina, Arizona, to the final episode, where four months after the retreat, the participants are re-united at Oxygen's New York studios.
The seven participants are: Justin Davis, a single father from New York City; Jeff Fox of Marietta, Georgia, a businessman with two teenage boys; Lynn Peoples of Stockton, California, a mother of three, who recently lost her husband; Karla Reiss of New Rochelle, New York, a divorced mother of two grown children; David Smith, a businessman from Ridgefield, Connecticut; Lori Levine of Rockville, Maryland, a single woman; and Michelle Taylor of Silver Springs, Maryland, a single woman.
