The first few clips and teasers that the CW released for Ringer, Sarah Michelle Gellar’s triumphant return to television, looked alright. There was mystery and a girl switching places. We got it. It’s like a modern mafia-laced version of The Prince and the Pauper. It seemed interesting, but nothing that would really hook us. Well, prepare to be hooked. This new extended trailer makes sure to tease tons of attractive men, deeper secrets, the threat of getting caught, further conspiracies and everything you’d want from a salacious mystery series. This just may be the pickup the CW needs.
