Pat Boone to host TV concert special in Israel

Veteran singer and entertainer Pat Boone is taking 300 U.S. fans to Israel for a TV concert special.
The 83-year-old, who is a personal friend of Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, will hit the Holy Land in May (18) with Rabbi Yechiel Eckstein, and visit the most significant places.
“It’s a sizable endeavour coinciding with the 70th anniversary of Israel’s modern statehood on May 14,” the Love Letters in the Sand singer says.
The tour will include a TV special, which will be taped live in Caesarea on 13 May, and feature singer David Broza, the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, and CeCe Winans.
“I’ve been to the Holy Land over a dozen times and the timing couldn’t be better in a world where peace, brotherly love, respect and reaching out couldn’t be more important. We are all excited.” Boone adds.
