1. Rights and Representations. (a) By clicking on the “I AGREE” button below and submitting photographs to Hollywood.com, Inc., I hereby consent to the use, reproduction, distribution, transmission, modification and display of these photographs by Hollywood.com, Inc. and its affiliates singularly or in conjunction with other photographs for advertising, publicity, commercial or other business purposes in any medium or media now known or hereafter devised without limitation as to alteration, change, place, duration, frequency or territory.

(b) I represent and warrant that the submission of photographs by me to Hollywood.com, Inc. shall be done on a non-union basis and is not subject to the rules and regulations of the American Federation of Television and Radio Actors or the Screen Actors Guild or any other union.

(c) I represent and warrant that I own and possess all licenses and rights necessary to grant the rights granted to Hollywood.com, Inc. and its affiliates herein.

(d) I understand that I will not receive any payments or other compensation for the rights granted herein. I acknowledge that any photographs submitted will not be returned to me.

2. Waiver of Approval and Ownership. I hereby waive any and all rights to examine and approve the finished photographs as displayed in any medium. I further waive all rights, title and interest in all contract rights and all rights of every kind or nature, present or future, which may be produced in connection with the display of these photographs.

3. No Obligation by Hollywood.com, Inc. I understand that Hollywood.com, Inc. is not obligated to display any of the photographs or otherwise use any of the rights set forth in this Release.

4. Release from Liability. I hereby release Hollywood.com, Inc., and any of its associated or affiliated companies and subsidiaries, their respective directors, officers, agents, employees and customers, and appointed advertising agencies and their directors, officers, agents and employees from all claims of every kind on account of the uses and rights granted and described herein.

5. Age. I am at least 18 years old.
