Actress Valerie Bertinelli has ended speculation about a reconciliation between her and estranged husband Eddie Van Halen after filing for divorce.
The couple split four years ago but have never made their separation official until now.
In legal papers filed yesterday, Bertinelli calls on the couple’s pre-nuptial agreement to come into play as they plan to divide up their assets.

The couple has been married for more than 20 years and has a teenage son, Wolfgang.
