The show must go on for Bret Michaels after deer accident

Rocker Bret Michaels is recovering after suffering minor injuries during a road accident on Friday (21Jun13). The Every Rose Has Its Thorn singer was en route to a gig in Mississippi when his tourbus collided with deer, which had strayed onto the road, and crashed.
The Poison frontman, who walked away with just a few scrapes, still plans to push forward with his concert in Biloxi on Friday night.
He tells Celebuzz.com, “I am thankful there were no serious injuries. It is unfortunate for the deer, but thankfully due to modern RV technology and a steel firewall we are all OK. I have every intention to make tonight’s show in Biloxi and the tour will continue.”
Michaels has suffered a number of bizarre near-death experiences in the past few years – he was struck in the head by a set piece while performing at the Tony Awards in 2009, and a year later he suffered a brain haemorrhage.
