The WB's Superstar USA | 2003
Reality series in which 12 singing superstar-hopefuls compete against one another to attain the illustrious title of "Superstar USA." Each contestant is judged by a panel of music business personalities who will help or hinder his or her journey to the final round. These particular singers, however, for whom "bad" is a kind description, are devoid of any real vocal ability. They are also unaware that the competition is actually a fake, a revelation which will become apparent at the end of the series finale, and that the illustrious title carries no weight at all. As the winner, the duped singer is graced with a $100,000 and a professional recording contract.
