Tina Fey Caused the Alec Baldwin Words With Friends Incident: Late Last Night

Last night, Tina Fey paid a visit to The Late Show to admit that she might have been directly responsible for the whole Alec Baldwin American Airlines debacle…because she is the one who introduced Baldwin to Words With Friends.

Michelle Williams appeared on The Tonight Show to discuss riding what she feared might be a suicidal horse, her “uplifting” experiences on the New York subways, and playing Marilyn Monroe in My Week with Marilyn.

Mindy Kaling showed up on Conan to talk about her unexpected meeting with Bill Clinton, and the chemistry that she picked up on between the two of them.

Finally, Tracy Morgan wandered onto the Jimmy Kimmy Live! set to declare his dreams to play Tito Jackson in a movie, to talk about the alleged phone calls he gets from Mitt Romney, and to deny Jimmy’s request to be his best man at his upcoming wedding.

Staff editor Michael Arbeiter’s natural state of being can best be described as “mild panic attack.” His earliest memories of growing up in Queens, New York, involve nighttime conversations with a voice from his bedroom wall (the jury’s still out on what that was all about) and a love for classic television that spawned from the very first time he was allowed to watch “The Munsters.” Attending college at SUNY Binghamton, a 20-year-old Michael learned two things: that he could center his future on this love for TV and movies, and that dragons never actually existed — he was kind of late in the game on that one.
