Tom Cruise, Lance Armstrong, Teri Hatcher and Kanye West have made it onto a new list of the year’s most fascinating people.

Barbara Walters hosts her 12th annual The 10 Most Fascinating People at the end of the month, but she has given up four of the celebrities she’ll feature on the show.

Walters will reveal her pick for the Most Fascinating Person on the show on Nov. 29.
