Twin Peaks actor arrested after allegedly beating girlfriend

An actor who has appeared in the Twin Peaks revamp has been arrested and charged with attempted murder for allegedly beating his girlfriend.
Jeremy Lindholm, who plays Mickey in the series, reportedly assaulted a woman with a baseball bat and attempted to flee the scene in Spokane, Washington when police officials arrived.
Video footage of the incident reportedly shows Lindholm striking his girlfriend on the head and body with the bat over a dozen times and also choking her, according to TMZ.
The actor is facing multiple charges along with attempted second-degree murder, including second-degree assault. He’s being held at the Spokane County Jail on $100,000 (GBP77,700) bail.
Lindholm’s girlfriend was hospitalised and treated for non life-threatening injuries.
