‘Veronica Mars’ Cancelled

Cult teen drama Veronica Mars has been cancelled after three years.

The show, which starred Kristen Bell as the teenage detective, started on TV network UPN in 2004 before moving on to CW in 2006.

However, the program’s producers confirmed on Thursday the last episode will be broadcast on Tuesday.

Dawn Ostroff, entertainment president for the CW told TVGuide.com that while the show was over, the network is looking at working with Bell again.

She says, “Veronica Mars is over. We’re talking about something else. I don’t know if it’s going to be anything. I’m being honest with you. It could come back in some form, but I don’t know what form that would be.”
