A series of one-minute broadcasts celebrating the anniversary of the signing of the United States Constitution. The broadcasts offer insights into the history, background and meaning of the Constitution. The program also profiles the Constitution's framers, looks at how the document has been implemented and interpreted, examines how different Amendments were drafted and why, and reports on cases involving Constitutional law.
Each segment is presented by a different host, ranging from government officials, members of the performing arts, journalists, and athletes, to members of the medical and legal communities and college and university presidents.
