Wildfire forces Dave Matthews winery evacuation

Staff members at rocker Dave Matthews’ winery have been evacuated as wildfires blaze through Sonoma and Napa Valley, California.
A representative for Dreaming Tree Wines tells The Blast the winery is closed and employees have been asked to leave.
“We are working to ensure all local employees are accounted for and safe, and to assess any potential impacts to our facilities,” the rep tells the news outlet.
Matthews created his Geyserville winery with Sean McKenzie in 2010. The company was named after The Dreaming Tree, a track from the Dave Matthews Band’s Before These Crowded Streets album.
The Francis Ford Coppola Winery, which is nearby, is also shut down due to the blaze.
