You Can Climb The Aggro Crag From Nickelodeon’s ‘Guts’ Today!

Remember Nickelodeon’s GUTS? It was basically the precursor to American Ninja Warrior. If you’re a ’90s kid, you’re totally lying if you say you didn’t want to climb the insane styrofoam mountain that was the Aggro Crag. Well, 10 years after the original series ended, now’s your chance!

If you happen to be New York, run on over to 76 Varick St. because Mountain Dew is bringing back the Aggro Crag from 2pm to 8 pm TODAY. Climbers will be completing the Aggro Crag course on either Team Baja Blast or Team Pitch Black — two flavors Mountain Dew are pitting against each other for a comeback.

Apparently there’s a celebrity guest hosting the event and members of MTV‘s The Challenge will be first up to tackle the Crag, and show us all how it’s done.

What’s more shocking than the Aggro Crag resurfacing in all its neon, black-lit glory is the fact that it’s still totally in tact and climbable after all these years. Styrofoam is really something, isn’t it?

If you can’t make it out to New York on such short notice, Nickelodeon’s Splat will be airing Guts reruns.
