Matt comes back to Glenoak intending to celebrate a treasured occasion with Ruthie, but tries to keep from seeing anyone else in the family during a not-so-secret return that has the whole family curious. During her inquiries to the hospital, Annie accidentally reveals to Matt's coworker nurse, Kelly, that he's married to Sarah, while Tyler tries to keep a special secret he plans to share with Cecilia.
