Stan goes to desperate measures to see to it that Steve is popular. Stan goes as far as to give Steve steroids, but when Steve starts to experience side effects, he becomes more popular than he had originally wanted. Meanwhile, Haley is making a movie about Francine's life as a housewife. The movie is so degrading that Francine chooses a new career path.
