Angel gets settled in at Wolfram & Hart along with his new secretary, Harmony. He is immediately told by the liason to the firm that along with doing good work at the firm comes doing the dirty work as well. Angel's first task is to keep a client out of jail who could destroy California with a lethal virus. Meanwhile, the mysterious amulet from Sunnydale has been mailed to Angel, and when it is opened, releases the vampire Spike.
