Chief Tyrol is reassigned to oversee the refinery ship that supplies the fleet with fuel. But upon his arrival, he witnesses first hand the terrible working conditions these workers must endure. Coupled with a book leaked by Baltar that decries the class separation within the fleet, Tyrol feels compelled to stand up for these workers, even if it alienates him from Adama and Roslin. When a boy's arm is crushed by the machinery, Tyrol decides that the refinery ship and all the manual laborers in the fleet should go on strike.
