Darryl becomes a scapegoat for murder after Paige and Phoebe are accidentally caught on tape using their magic in plain sight. When the two Halliwell sisters convene a council trial to help set him free, the tables are turned and soon the sisters are the ones on trial for recklessly using their magic. Leo and Chris must then attempt to rescue them all from a terrible fate.
