"Operation: M.O.V.I.E." "M.O.V.I.E." stands for "Meeting Of Villains Isn't Entertaining." Numbuh 4 hates the kiddie movies that he attends with the Kids Next Door, so tries to get into a Rated R movie only to find out that the movie is really a place for villains to meet. "Operation: F.A.S.T.-F.O.O.D." "F.A.S.T.-F.O.O.D." stands for "Find Another Stupid Task For Our Oblivious Dodo." Per Kids Next Door tradition, Numbuh 3 makes a wish for her birthday that has to be fulfilled. She wants to lead a mission, so Numbuh 1 has to come up with a bogus mission she will succeed in. Unfortunately, Numbuh 3 is pressed into a hamburger and given to a shark family for dinner.
