Joan gets drunk at a posh Hollywood party and gets a verbal lashing from Derek. Worse than that, she never makes it to Toni's side for her custody hearing with Todd. Meanwhile, William desperately tries to get back his old girlfriend, Monica, while Darnell tries to convince Maya to move to Florida with him when he is offered a racing pit crew job.
