A teenager tragically burned in an accident shows mysterious heart symptoms and House and team are called in to figure out why. Unfortunately, standard procedures are out of the question because of his condition. House brings a colleague to the hospital to speak on one of his published works so that House can call it into question. As it turns out, the same doctor got House kicked out of medical school for cheating. House literally takes it on himself to try the doctor's medicine and gives himself a migraine.
