During a visit by Liam Neeson, Puss Puss discovers Donald Rumsfeld on the property, who is there to recruit Evans to go to North Korea and dispense with their dictator, Kim Jong Il. After several unsuccessful attempts to kill the dictator, Evans ends up getting him to make North Korea a democracy and brings him back to Hollywood. Tagging along, English, smitten with actress Soon Ye, must finally have sex when a letter informs him he is the last virigin butler of his graduating class.
