When Earl goes to pay back a bookie for a game he rigged, he realizes that he has to add his brother Randy to his list, having enlisted him to rig the game and throw away his chance at a touchdown. Earl fakes a birth certificate and enrolls Randy back into high school so he can have a chance at scoring that touchdown. Earl's car, with his one hundred thousand dollar lottery winnings under the seat, gets towed and Earl and Joy compete to raise the three thousand dollars necessary to get to it.
