Christian discovers there is a less-than-flattering sex tape of himself circulating on the internet. He asks Sean to give him some liposuction, but Sean refuses, offended that Christian would even ask him while his handicapped son is about to be born. Christian meets another plastic surgeon at the gym who is very fit and muscular and asks for his help. Julia and Sean interview a girl to be their night nurse who Sean ends up sleeping with. After interviewing a male nurse who has wise words for Julia, her water breaks. Sean pages Christian for help, but Christian is having plastic surgery, and can't be there for the baby's birth.
