Matt starts a sexual relationship with Christian's new patient, Emme, before Emme reveals that she thinks Christian is her father (which would make Matt her brother). Sean confronts a tv critic who gave him a terrible review and ends up agreeing to give him plastic surgery. Julia learns that her illness has been caused by mercury poisoning, and that Eden has been feeding it to her. When Julia confronts Eden and threatens to call the police, Eden gets Julia's gun and shoots her.
