Jealous over Sean's new-found fame, Christian convinces Sean to tape a reality show based on their careers as plastic surgeons. Olivia and Liz share a kiss, which threatens Julia and Olivia's relationship. Eden tells Sean that Christian and Julia slept together. Sean and Christian try to shut their reality show down after all the family secrets are captured on tape, but their efforts are unnecessary as the show tested poorly with focus groups and the network declined to pick it up.
