George runs into an old friend, Gary who has been fighting cancer for the past few months- a fact that everyone else seemed to know but George. In truth, however, George discovers that Gary has been faking his illness in order to milk sympathy and favors out of his friends, especially Jerry. Meanwhile, Elaine tries to get the upperhand in a breakup situation and Kramer runs into a cop who is obsessed with finding a parking ticket scofflaw. Kramer also wants to change his image by wearing a new pair of glasses and George starts wearing a hair piece.
