As Jack talks to Simon about his comments to the press, he tells Simon how Matt and Danny came to be fired in the first place. Jordan remains in critical condition and the attorney, Mary, suggests that Danny get her to sign papers so Danny will have a claim to the baby if she doesn't make it.
