Bernie doesn't think that Vanessa's peers are helpful in her development so at Wanda's suggestion Vanessa joins Jack & Jacqueline, a positive organization Wanda once belonged to. The suggestion appears to lead to the wrong path when Vanessa gets caught shoplifting.
