Colin invites Will and David to speak at a meeting with the investors about their mutual land agreement, but Will reveals to him that the land Colin has been leased amounts to nothing, and that he plans to mortify Colin by telling that to the investors. Meanwhile, Shelly convinces Michael to sneak over to see her at the house Sam is watching, but after they accidentally trigger a silent alarm, Sam arrives at the house and is livid upon seeing the two together.
