Sarah has a cold and turns to some drowsy-strength cold medicine for a cure. When she parks her car in the middle of a playground, her sister Laura has to bail her out of jail, where she meets Officer Jay. Now, Sarah has to deal with her sister -- her best friend in the whole world -- choosing a man over her. Sarah does not deal with this very well at all. Meanwhile, Brian tries to prove to Steve that he's bisexual, but his efforts prove to be hilariously unsuccessful.
