Ainsley's first day as the associate White House counsel is a tough one as it seems like everyone is against her, including her direct superior. Josh's insurance company refuses to pay for his recent life-saving hospital care and Sam tries to convince him to sue the Ku Klux Klan for responsibility. CJ takes on a big-mouthed general who is not a supporter of Bartlet. The President has a hard time performing a radio recording.
