Now in New York City, the remaining contestants are tasked to re-create a signature dish of the famed Le Cirque restaurant after all eating it for lunch. For the Elimination Challenge, they are judged by academic deans from the French Culinary Institute on creating a gourmet meal out of three basic ingredients in french cuisine.
