Sophomore Amy arrives at the dorms, excited to be living away from her mother. However, she finds the room unlike what she was expecting and thinks about rushing at a sorority. In the end, she decides to share a house with four guys instead.
Amy is fed up with the guys trashing the house. She decides it's time to make some rules. The guys hate the rules and come up with a plan to trick Amy into going back to the original house rules.
